CK’s Bold & Fiery was built on one simple belief: food should never be boring.

Inspired by the bold flavors of our Haitian roots and shaped by the way we actually cook, our pantry collection was created to bring depth, heat, and serious flavor to everyday meals.

At the center is PIMAN™, our concentrated pepper cooking paste. Crafted with fresh peppers, herbs, aromatics, and spices, PIMAN™ isn’t simply a hot sauce, it’s a cooking ingredient designed to become part of the food.
